I loved seeing the journey Yelena and Valek go on throughout the WHOLE set(s) and even after reading the final book I still hope to be surprised with more of their adventures. You literally fall in love with these characters and each book are left wanting more. I have read each of her books at least twice (most more than twice but the newer ones are lower) and I still never tire of reading them. I hesitantly brought it and then leaped in and have been expanding my MVS collection since. though after having read this book I can not remember what I thought it should be about. The blurb on the back did not match what I thought something titled POISON study would be. (I have the black cover with fancy swirls on it) and the title of Poison Study. Poison Study first hooked me by its cover.
